Britain’s Prince and Princess of Wales have become the subject of a new viral video as footage of their humorous off-script moments has resurfaced on TikTok.
William and Kate have seen their public profiles rise over the past year, following their accession to the titles of Prince and Princess of Wales, given to them by King Charles III in one of his first acts as monarch.
The Wales titles are the most senior in the royal family besides those held by King Charles and Queen Camilla, and they have seen William and Kate take on an increased presence in the country of Wales.
Fans of the couple have shared a number of clips and images of their light-hearted exchanges to social media, many of which focus on their off-duty moments.

Uploaded to TikTok by user princess__jo, one of the latest viral videos shows the couple’s bloopers taken from a video used to launch their official YouTube channel in 2021.
Over the past five years, the prince and princess have increased their social media presence, not only posting across channels, but developing their content with a more professional edge.
In one clip shown in the TikTok video, William jokingly warns his wife to be mindful of what she says in front of the cameras.
“By the way, you’ve got to be careful what you say now because these guys, they’re filming everything!” he said, before Kate laughingly responded: “I know!”
A second clip shows an outtake from the couple’s 2021 message recorded for St. Patrick’s Day. The royals traditionally attend a St Patrick’s Day parade held by the Irish Guards to mark the occasion, but during the COVID pandemic, they sent a message that was released through the Irish foreign ministry with other high profile figures.
In the blooper clip, Kate told William: “You don’t need to roll your ‘R,’ to which he responded: “Do I not? Do you not need to roll it?”
The video has been viewed over 200,000 times on the social media site and received in excess of 4,000 likes and numerous comments, many of which praised the royals.
“He’s so funny 🥰,” wrote one TikTok user of William, while another added of Kate: “Love that she’s trying to learn pronunciation, respect!”
William and Kate marked their 12th wedding anniversary in April, having married at Westminster Abbey in 2011.
The couple met while studying together at St. Andrew’s University in Scotland in 2001, and began dating some time afterwards. The early stages of their relationship will be spotlighted in the upcoming final season of Netflix’s royal drama The Crown.
For the season—which will be released in two parts on November 16 and December 14—Kate will be introduced for the first time, played by newcomer actress Meg Bellamy, and William will be portrayed by British actor Ed McVey.
