Who Are Diddy’s Kids? Meet the Rapper’s 7 Children

Entertainment gossip and news from Newsweek’s network of contributors

As Sean “Diddy” Combs deals with serious legal allegations, several of his seven children are showing support for the rapper as he awaits trial in jail.

In September 2024, the hip-hop mogul was arrested and charged with three criminal counts: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution, all of which he denies.

While many stars have spoken out against Diddy’s alleged crimes, the support from some of his family members has been more visible than ever — namely, from his three sons who were all spotted outside of the New York City courthouse where their father went before a judge. (Diddy was denied bail and sentenced to jail until his trial. A date for the trial has not yet been set.)

Quincy Taylor Brown (Born June 4, 1991)

Son to Diddy’s late ex Kim Porter and singer Al B. Sure!, Quincy Brown was legally adopted by Diddy at age 3. The New York native, now 33, works in the entertainment business, focusing on acting, music, and even talent management.

In April 2023, Quincy honored his late mother in an interview with People. “I’m my mom’s son, so therefore there’s so much life for me to expand on off of her life, and that journey hasn’t even started yet, which is the best part about it,” he told the outlet at the time. “What my mom’s legacy is representative of is beyond words. That’s gonna really come to life soon.”

Porter, who died from pneumonia in 2018, dated Diddy on-and-off again from 1994 to 2007.

Justin Combs (Born December 30, 1993)

Justin Combs is a UCLA graduate and the first of Diddy’s biological kids. Born to stylist Misa Hylton and known for his stint on MTV’s My Super Sweet 16, the 30-year-old has ventured into acting, appearing in season three of Power Book II: Ghost, and hosted the 2021 TV series, Respectfully Justin.

In 2016, Justin broke new ground for the Combs family as the first to graduate college. Earning a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, he took to social media on June 10, 2016 to share the news. “First Combs male to graduate from College.. All praise to God & my parents!” he wrote on Instagram.

On Monday, March 25, homeland security conducted raids on Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami. During the operation, Justin and his younger brother, Christian, were detained but not arrested. They were handcuffed outside as agents searched the premises.

Christian “King” Combs (Born April 1, 1998)

Born to Diddy and Porter, Christian Combs followed his father’s footsteps into the hip-hop scene right after high school. Known in the music world as King Combs, the 26-year-old launched his career with the release of a 2019 EP called Cyncerely, C3, and has since been mixing up rap and R&B to create his own sound.

“It’s really always been something I wanted to do,” Christian told People in September 2022. “There have been times when my dad questioned me and asked, ‘What’s your plan B? Are you sure you want to do this?’ and I’m like, ‘There is no plan B.'”

Along with his two older brothers, Christian showed up at the federal courthouse in lower Manhattan to see his dad go before a judge on Wednesday, September 18. Footage has surfaced of the trio leaving the courthouse — they did not speak to the press on their way out.

Chance Combs (Born July 20, 2006)

Born to Diddy and businesswoman Sarah Chapman, Chance is the eldest daughter in the Combs family line-up — the first of three born in 2006. Like her siblings, the 18-year-old has stepped into the spotlight, already making appearances in major magazines like Vanity Fair.

During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, the aspiring actress donated beauty and skincare products to those in need. “Last year and going into this year has been difficult for so many,” she told People in a joint statement with her sisters. “We know how truly blessed we are, and our parents have taught us the importance of helping others.”

The following year, Chance made a debut at the 2022 Academy Awards with her famous father.

“I am speechless. Baby, you look beautiful. So beautiful,” the “I’ll Be Missing You” singer said of his daughter on the red carpet at the time.

D’Lila and Jessie Combs (Born December 21, 2006)

Five months after Chance was brought into the world, Diddy and Porter welcomed twin daughters D’Lila and Jessie. The 17-year-old identical duo quickly stepped into the limelight, sharing a close bond with their big sister Chance and a strong presence on social media, with over 310,000 followers on TikTok.

The twins previously praised their dad on Instagram in 2023 calling him “THE MOST WONDERFUL DAD IN THE WORLD.”

According to TMZ, the teens are reportedly staying in Los Angeles with Lala, a friend of their late mom, as the music mogul awaits federal trial.

Love Sean Combs (Born December 10, 2022)

Love Sean Combs is Diddy’s youngest child. Born to model Dana Tran, the rapper announced his daughter Love’s birth via X (formerly Twitter) in 2022. “I’m so blessed to welcome my baby girl Love Sean Combs to the world. Mama Combs, Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, D’Lila, Jessie and myself all love you so much! God is the Greatest!”

Chatting with Page Six about their new baby sister at the 2023 MTV VMAs, D’Lila and Jessie said, “She’s amazing, so cute. We love her so much.”
