Dog-loving newlyweds made a paw-some twist to tie the knot in honor of their furry friends.
Karya Davies, 29, married Oliver Davies, 29, on July 4 in Swansea, U.K., and they wanted to have their golden retriever, Rufus, present for their special day.
They were overjoyed when they found out the venue was dog friendly and invited all their guests’ furry friends as well.
“We love dogs in our family, they are such a big part of our life and we couldn’t imagine doing our day without them,” Davies told Newsweek.
“When the registrar read our personal vows initially, she actually thought we had a young child in the few sentences we had both written about our golden retriever Rufus.”

Wedding photographer Sophie Collins (@sophiecollinsphotography) shared footage which garnered 48,900 likes and 276,600 views on TikTok of the dogs in attendance at the outdoor wedding.
The video shared all the good boys and girls as they soaked up all the attention and socialized with guests.
First three labradors lapped up the attention from guests outside and another dog was led down the aisle to his seat to watch the ceremony.
One smaller dog even dressed for the ocassion and sported an adorable dress and bow.
“My couple last week invited their guests to bring their dogs to their wedding and I was just in heaven.
“How do I get to call this work?,” Collins shared on TikTok.
She overlaid the video with the text: “POV: You also invite your guests’ dogs to your wedding.”

Seven pooches attended the big day: Rufus, Orlando, Eddie, Dexter, Willow, Harley and Melodie.
Commenters were overjoyed by the canine guests and hoped they would be able to have the same on their wedding days.
“Oh my gosh! I want my two retrievers there, but I’d never thought of actually having a ‘invite your dog’ wedding,” Rach said.
“I love this, but my dogs would be so unhinged and probably ruin everybody’s outfit,” Suzan said.
“This is heaven,” said one user. “This is the most pawfect wedding EVER. Best wishes to the bride and groom,” another viewer said.
“I’ve always wondered if my dog could be our witness—I’m claiming this TikTok as proof,” Jack Syme said.
“I want this at my wedding,” another user commented.
