Kylian Mbappe is playing what is likely to be his final campaign with PSG and the superstar will be aiming to go all the way in Europe.

However, his side now have a tough task to turn things around and deny Edin Terzic’s men a shot at their second Champions League title.

PSG vs Borussia Dortmund: Sancho’s future

Jadon Sancho starred in the first leg of this semi-final, leading to calls for his career at Manchester United to be revived.

However, talkSPORT understands that Sancho does not want to play for Man United next season even if Erik ten Hag is sacked.

He has held provisional talks over his future with members of the Red Devils hierarchy after being banished by the Dutchman following a public spat.

After an impressive season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, the Germans are keen on bringing him back on a temporary basis again next campaign.

And with Sancho not wanting to head back to Old Trafford, he could be likely to stay.

The 24-year-old will be aiming to simultaneously book his side’s place in the Champions League final while also continuing to prove he is still good enough to play at the highest level.

PSG vs Borussia Dortmund: What has been said?

Sancho ‘outperformed’ Mbappe in the first leg of this semi-final, according to Owen Hargreaves

Speaking last weekend, Hargreaves told TNT Sports: “I’ve played in Champions League semi-finals, the shirt is heavy no matter what team you are playing for.

“That deserves all praise. Any haters out there can hate and say he didn’t do it consistently.

“He outperformed the best player in the world today in Kylian Mbappe and that deserves a lot of praise.

“I know he’s been in spaces where he’s not been at his best, but that today was impressive.”

  • Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappé has been directly involved in 32 goals in 31 home games he’s started in the UEFA Champions League (21 goals, 11 assists).
