Although it’s still unclear for some districts whether or not students will be learning in an actual classroom this year, Serena Williams is doing her part to ensure the kids that will be in school stay safe amid COVID-19. The tennis pro and mom of one recently announced a partnership with Bella + Canvas, the National School Board Association, and Scholastic, which will provide 4.25 million masks and various educational materials to 115,000 underserved schools throughout the US.

“Through the #MasksForKids program, schools can access affordable masks and educational materials, quickly,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “In addition to donating 4.25 million masks, another mask will be donated for each one purchased by the schools. I’m grateful to be able to help educate our schools about this resource, and to be given the opportunity to serve so many students.”
